Overview

What I Do

I'm a Software Engineer – Sr. Consultant/SDET at Visa Worldwide. I built VTAF, a unified test automation framework covering UI, REST, and SOAP layers, for a global payments dispute resolution platform running on Java/JVM and Python microservices, and integrated it into our CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

Over the last year, I've been bringing agentic AI into the QA workflow: connecting AI agents via MCP to automatically pull logs and cross-reference source code, and building agent skills (Markdown-based instruction files that double as a knowledge base) so the system can tell on its own whether a failed test is a real bug, a bad script, bad data, or an environment issue.

I've also worked as part of our Security team on SAST (Checkmarx) and SCA (Sonatype) findings, fixing flagged issues and building automation to test for them going forward.

I'm ISTQB Certified at the Advanced Level across both streams, with experience running teams as a certified Scrum Master.

Extended VTAF with an AI agent layer connected via MCP that auto-fetches application logs and cross-references source code to triage failed tests, classifying each as a real bug, script issue, bad data, or environment problem, so the team could move straight to fixing instead of manually triaging every failure.
Built agent skills (Markdown-based instruction files that double as a knowledge base) from years of JIRA tickets, user stories, and execution history, giving the AI agent the domain context to diagnose failures accurately.
Extended the same agent with a Claude Skill that reads code coverage reports and automatically generates test cases for uncovered code paths, increasing overall code coverage by 14 percentage points across Java/JVM and Python microservices codebases.
Validated Kafka consumer/producer flows as part of the platform's messaging layer, ensuring data consistency across asynchronous service-to-service communication.
Tested AI-powered systems (a document analyser and a chatbot) through LLM version upgrades using an established evaluation criteria, running regression suites alongside output quality assessments to catch accuracy and relevance degradation before rollout.
Made the entire system accessible team-wide through a Microsoft Teams chatbot, adopted by multiple teams to trigger regression suites, smoke tests, or custom script runs, plus invoke the triage and coverage-generation agents, directly from chat.
Built a Jenkins pipeline running Checkmarx SAST/DAST and Sonatype SCA scans, fixing flagged security issues and gating unit, regression, and E2E tests through to production deployment.
